Remove personal items, toys, pet waste, hoses, decorations, and obstacles from the service area before our arrival.

Ensure gates are unlocked and pets are secured indoors.

Notify JC Lawn Care and Services of any underground wires, irrigation systems, invisible fences, drainage lines, or other potential hazards.

Provide accurate contact information and communicate any changes to the requested service.

JC Lawn Care and Services is not responsible for damage to items left in the service area or for damage caused by undisclosed underground systems or hidden hazards.

5. Payments

Payment terms will be provided at the time of booking or invoicing. Payment may be due upon completion of service, on a recurring billing schedule, or according to the terms listed on the invoice.

JC Lawn Care and Services is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing property conditions, improper installation of landscaping features, undisclosed hazards, weather events, or customer negligence.
